Ritz crackers. Crunchy peanut butter. White chocolate bark.

Directions:
Directions:
Chop up six squares of white chocolate bark in a small glass bowl. Add peanut butter to Ritz making a cracker sandwich. Microwave for 30 seconds, attempt to stir, then heat 30 seconds, stir. Continue this if chocolate does not smooth out. Once smooth, dip the Ritz in then turn with a fork. Drop on aluminum foil and let dry.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is one of Lanier's favorite things! The peanut butter ritz bits are much easier, but he likes the crunchy peanut butter. Be very careful to not cook the chocolate too long, it will burn from the inside. If you stir it quickly with a fork after the second or third 30 seconds, it will usually melt and become smooth. Also, it will harden very fast, so be ready to dip the crackers quickly.
