6 c. rhubarb 1-1/4 c. sugar Yellow Duncan Hines Cake Mix 1-1/2 c. water 3 eggs 1 pint whipping cream
Spray a 9x13-inch pan with nonstick spray. Put 6 c. rhubarb in bottom. Sprinkle sugar on top. Mix together cake mix, water and eggs. Pour on rhubarb mixture. On top of everything pour the whipping cream. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
