2 boneless pork loin chops, butterflied
4 ounces crumbled Bleu cheese
2 slices bacon- cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions
Garlic salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325
Grease a shallow baking dish; set aside
In small bowl, mix Bleu cheese, bacon and chives or green onions
Divide into halves and form cheese mixture into balls
Place each one into the pocket of a butterflied pork chop
Close and secure with toothpicks
Season with salt and pepper and place in baking dish
Bake 20 minutes or longer if thick pork chops, making sure stuffing is hot
