2 T Corn Starch
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard, if none use regular mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 C Milk (use Lactose)
2 T Margarine
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese ( 2 cups)
8 oz. Elbow Macroni'
3 slices of Bacon , crisp
1 Tomatoe cut up

1. Cook Macroni for 8 minutes, Adente
2. In a saucepan comine corn starch, salt, dry mustard, pepper: stir in milk until smooth.
3. Add margarine,stirring constantly. Bring to boil over medium heat & only boil for 1 minute.
4.Reserve 1/2 of the cheese for topping. Stir in remaining cheese until melted. Add cooked Macroni.
5. Turn into a greased 2 qt casserole dish. Mix in the bacon & tomatoes. Sprinkle and balance of cheese on top.
6. Bake at 375 oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
