2 egg whites
pinch of cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar. While the mixer is beating, combine sugar and water on the stove and boil together about 3 minutes until mixture makes a thread when poured from the spoon. Slowly add the mixture to the beating egg whites. Continue beating. Add vanilla and beat until stiff. Serve on chocolate cake. YUM!!
