4 T. cocoa
1 stick butter
4 T. milk
3 c. powder sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan add cocoa, butter and milk. Cook slowly to melt the butter. Bring to a boil.
Remove the pan from the stove and add powdered sugar. I use a hand mixer. Let it cool a bit so it isn't too runny and beat again. Add vanilla.

This is the Champlin favorite frosting for our chocolate angel food cakes we get from the bakery in Bemidji. Lesley also makes the cake from scratch. YUM!!
