1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 egg yolks, pasturized, beaten
1/4 c. brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream add the sugar and beaten egg yolks. Fold in the brandy; mixing well. Pour into Graham Cracker Crust (Mother's recipe is in the cook book). The crust is a bit different due to using brown sugar rather than white. Freeze.
