1 7oz package Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt or seasoned salt
2 3/4 cups milk
2 cups (8oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare macaroni as package directs. In medium saucepan, melt margarine, stir in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir in milk, cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly and bubbles. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup cheese, stir until melted. add macaroni. Turn into greased 8 or 8-inch square baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

I prefer to use the large elbow macaroni for my dish, but the smaller elbows will work fine.
