1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter(melted)
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter, press in a spring form pan. Beat eggs until fluffy, slowly add Eagle Brand until smooth, then add eggs and lemon juice.
Pour into pan and bake at 300 in a water bath for 50-55 minutes. Top with sour cream and bake 5 minutes longer.

*** I asked Leigh what is a water bath, I had never heard of that. She said you put about 1 inch of water in a pan and sit cake pan in it while baking. (Bic Bic)
