2 refrigerated pie crusts (2 come in 1 pkg.)
1-1/2 c. cooked and cubed chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 potatoes, diced
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place one pie crust in pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Cook potatoes in microwave for 5-6 minutes. Combine all ingredients together, then put on pie crust. Top with second pie crust, cut slit in top. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
