Ingredients:  
1/3 cup butter mints crushed
1 large can sliced pineapple cut in chunks
1 1/2 tbsp red jello
1 cup miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup powdered sugar
whipped topping to mix, about 2 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple well, cut in chunks
pour pineapple into large bowl
sprinkle powdered sugar over pineapple
stir until sugar is dissolved, let set 30 minutes
pour off juice, pour jello dry over pineapple
mix well, add crushed butter mints, marshmallows and stir in whipped topping, mix well and refrigerate
