1 box Triscuit© crackers
1 c cooked ground beef ( use leftovers! )
1 can refried beans
1 - 2 c shredded cheese
sliced jalapeños or chilies
1 c shredded lettuce
1/2 c diced tomato
1/4 c diced onion
1/4 c sliced black olives
1/2 c guacamole
1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º Spray a cookie sheet with Pam©, or line with non-stick foil. Place Triscuit© crackers in a single layer onto pan. Put the refried beans into a Ziplock© bag. Squeeze a small amount of beans onto each cracker. Spoon a little
ground beef onto each cracker. Sprinkle heavily with shredded cheese. Top with peppers. Bake at 350º for 5 - 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with tomatoes, onions and olives. Top half with guacamole and the other half with sour cream.
