Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 oz. jar cherry preserves (Bonne Maman)
2 T. corn syrup
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Alternate recipe:
1/2 jar of cherry preserves
1/8 c. red wine vinegar
dash of salt
I did not have any cinnamon so instead of using corn syrup and cinnamon ~ I used 1 tsp. of cinnamon/sugar. ( I had that on hand for toast.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in a saucepan and heat until boiling. Serve over pork or chicken.
In the 2nd recipe I liked the consistency better as it was thicker and not as sweet.
