4 boneless skinned chicken breasts, or could use thighs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour, or as needed
2 T. lemon juice
salt & pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
1 c. heavy cream
1/3 grated Parmesan cheese
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400, Cut chicken into rather large strips, 3-4 for each half breast. Melt butter in shallow pan; dredge chicken in the flour, then dip it in the melted butter. Place in an ovenproof pan or cookie sheet with sides, one layer only.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour cream over, then the parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 45 minutes or until done
