One 3-ounce package Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup graded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons mashed Pimentos (more if desired)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
With electric mixer, beat Cream Cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
Serve on choice of bread with chips and a pickle.
