One 3-ounce package Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup graded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons mashed Pimentos (more if desired) Salt and Pepper to taste
With electric mixer, beat Cream Cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Serve on choice of bread with chips and a pickle.
