Ingredients:
2 Pork tenderloins
2-3 T. balsamic vinegar
2-3 T. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
coarse salt and lots of cracked pepper
2 sprigs fresh rosemary (approx)
2 sprigs fresh thyme (approx) can use dried

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500. With a sharp knife, trim off all silver sinew material. Place tenderloins on nonstick cookie sheet with rim. Coat tenderloins with balsamic, rub in well. Drizzle olive oil over pork. Combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper, rub meat with blend. Roast 19-20 minutes, or to approx 160 for medium pork. You might think it would not be done in such a short period of time, but it will be.

This is an EASY thing to do. Basically done in 20 minutes. Let rest then slice.

I usually buy the Pork Tenderloins (not pork loins) at Costco and there are two in a package.
