Salad greens
Craisins
Ramen noodles - Oriental
almonds
stick of butter
sesame seeds

Dressing:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad greens, craisins and sesame seeds in bowl. Set aside. Saute' Ramen noodles (plus seasoning from noodle packet) and almonds in a stick of butter over medium heat. Saute' until almonds are a light brown. Cool the almond mixture and add it to the greens.

Mix dressing together and microwave for 1 minute just before serving. Pour over salad (I usually don't use all the dressing).
