1/2 c. shortening (part butter)
1 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mini marshmallows
3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks - beat. Add flour, baking powder and salt, sifted together. Mix well. Spread in 9x13 greased pan. Put nuts, marshmallows, and chips over the batter. Beat the 2 egg whites and add 1 c. brown sugar. Spread over the top of the batter. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until lightly browned.
