1 lb. turkey breast sausage
1 pkg. (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash browns, defrosted
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
5 medium eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 375. In medium-size skillet, over medium heat, saute sausage 6-10 minutes or until no longer pink. Unroll and separate crescent rolls in 12 inch round pizza pan, arrange crescent rolls with points toward center. Press rolls over bottom and up the sides of pan to form pizza crust, sealing perforations. Top pizza crust with sausage, potatoes and cheddar cheese. In small bowl combing eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture very slowly over turkey and potato mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for 25 minutes.
