1 lb. ground turkey 1 egg 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 c. water 1 T. dried onions 1 T. green pepper, chopped 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 T. ketchup
Preheat oven to 400º. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form about 1 Tablespoon of mixture into meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a lightly greased 10x15-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center.
