4 large chicken breast
1 - 13 oz. bag plain dorito chips
2 - 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
2 - 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
1 - can of mild rotel
1/ 2 cup chopped onion
1 - 8 oz. bag grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done and cut in small pieces.
Mix soup - rotel and onion together in a bowl.
Crush the doritos. Spray a 13 x 9 in. pan with Pam,
pour the doritos in the pan - place chicken evenly on top of chips - spread soup mixture on top of chicken - cover soup mixture with grated cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let set for 10 min.

Green onions can be used. Corn tortillas can be used instead of chips. I eat it when it comes out of the oven.
