1 lg. white onion
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper, to taste
1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Peel onion and cut in half through mid-section. Separate layers into individual shells; arrange shells in a lightly greased 8x8-inch dish. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and egg; beat until light. Add bread crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper and milk. Mix well. Stir in spinach; spoon spinach mixture into shells. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until filling is set.
