1 box of Broccoli Au Grautin Rice a Roni
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 8 oz. Jar of Cheez Whiz
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 bunch of fresh broccoli (steamed & chopped)
cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until clear.
Cook rice according to box in same pan with onions.
After preparing rice as directed on box; Combine with broccoli, cheez whiz, cream of mushroom soup and rice. Pour into 9 x 13 dish and bake at 350, covered for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread with cracker crumbs and butter.
Return to oven and brown.
