2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Italian bread soaked in water and squeezed dry
1 T. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated mozzarella cheese
2 sprigs parsley, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c. olive oil
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, eggs, bread, garlic powder, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Shape into balls about the size of an egg. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs in oil. Remove and place in boiling tomato sauce. Lower heat and simmer meatballs in sauce, uncovered, until well done, for about 1 1/2 hours.
