1 pkg. creamed spinach, heated in microwave
3 Tbs. chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. flour
3 cups milk
8 oz grated Swiss cheese
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbs. cooking sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter until clear. Stir in flour and cook for one minute. In a sauce pan-Combine milk, spinach, seasonings and onion mixture. Cook on low heat until milk is heated through. Add cheese & sherry at the end of cooking, right before serving.
