1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix butter, shortening, sugar, and eggs. Blend in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda, and salt. Shape into 1 inch balls. Mix together the 2 tbsp. sugar and the cinnamon. Roll dough in the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake 10-12 minutes.
