1 Stick Butter 1 C. Flour 3/4 C.white sugar 1/4 Crisco 1/2 C. Milk 1/2 t. Vanilla 1 egg 1 Large Crushed Pineapple or 1 sm. sliced Brown Sugar
Melt butter in large iron skillet in oven. Cover with dark brown sugar. Place drained pineapple on top. Mix white sugar, crisco, egg, milk, vannilla. Pour on top of pineapple. Bake 375º for 30 min. or until brown and will spring back up in middle when touched. As soon as cooking is done turn on to plate.
