1 mango, peeled and flesh chopped
150g blueberries
1 peach halved and chopped
85g tropical fruit crush jelly crystals
mango sorbet and fresh leaves to serve

Directions:
Directions:
Place the fruit in a bowl and mix well to combine. Spoon into 4 x 1 cup capacity glasses or bowls. Set aside.

Make jelly according to packet instructions and pour evenly over fruit in glasses. Chill for an hour or until jelly has set. Serve topped with Sorbet an mint leaves.
