1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 T. fresh lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1 cup sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Combine first 3 ingredients, press into an 8 x 8 pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients, except powdered sugar, and spread over baked crust. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when removed from oven.
