16 giant raw shrimp, shelled w/tail intact
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
4 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
8 bamboo skewers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine shrimp and chili sauce to marinate for 10 minutes.

Place 8 bamboo skewers in cold water and leave to soak for at least 10 minutes. Then preheat grill (or broiler) to high.

Thread shrimp onto each skewer followed by a lime and then another shrimp.

Arrange the skewers on grill and cook for about 2 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through. (Shrimp can also be placed on baking sheet and broiled in oven.)

Serve immediately with more chili sauce for dipping.
