2 soft flour tortillas
4 oz. Gruyere cheese (thinly sliced)
Handful of fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add one of the tortillas. Arrange the cheese slices and basil leaves on top and season with salt and pepper.

Place the remaining tortillas on top to make a sandwich and flip the whole thing over. Cook a few minutes until underneath is golden.

Slide the tortilla sandwich onto a chopping board or plat and cut into wedges. Serve immediately.
