6 c rhubarb - cut into 1" pieces 4 c sugar water 1 small box strawberry jell-o
Place rhubarb in a 2 quart saucepan. Add enough water to just cover. Stir in sugar. Cook until the rhubarb is tender and the water has cooked down. While hot, stir in the dry strawberry jello. Mix well. Eat as is, or serve with white cake.
