1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. oleo, melted
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

In medium bowl; mix dry ingredients, add milk, vanilla, and oleo. Mix until smooth, then add nuts. Pour into a greased 8 inch pan. For topping mix brown sugar with cocoa, sprinkle over batter. Pour over this 1 3/4 cups hot water and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
