3/4 c. sugar
1 T. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
pinch of salt
1 - 3 oz. package Jell-O (flavor of fruit you are using)
fresh fruit
baked 9" pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan; mix sugar with cornstarch. Add water gradually, add salt. Cook mixture until thick and clear. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Do no cook. Cool the mixture, but do not chill. Pour glaze over fruit which has been arranged in a baked pie crust. Chill. Cover with Cool Whip to serve.
