3 T. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
dash salt
1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
6 c. cut-up fresh fruit (cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple, bananas, apples, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
In 1 quart saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in apple juice, gingerroot and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil (7-8 minutes). Boil 1 minute. Cool completely. In large serving bowl combine fruit. Add dressing ; stir gently to coat.
