Ingredients:
1/2 c. bbq sauce
2 T. packed dark brown sugar
2 T. lime juice
1/2-1 T. chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
6 chicken pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill to medium (350-400). Make drainage holes in sheet of Foil with a large grilling fork; set aside. Combine bbq sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and chipotle peppers; set aside. Place foil sheet with holes on grill rack with dull side towards food; immediately place chicken , skin side up, on foil. Grill covered 15 minutes. Turn chicken; brush chicken with half of the sauce. Grill 10 minutes; turn chicken. Brush with remaining sauce; continues grilling 5 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear or meat thermometer reads 170 for breasts, 180 for other pieces. Remove chicken from foil sheet; allow juices on foil to cool before handling.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The easy way to make drainage holes in the foil is to lay a sheet of foil over the rack of a cold grill, a broiler pan, or cooling rack. Make holes in the foil with a grilling fork or carving fork. Place the sheet of foil on a preheated grill.
