3 beaten eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 T. butter, softened
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 golden delicious apples, peeled and chopped
3 red apples, peeled and chopped
1 bunch seedless red and green grapes
1 - 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts

Directions:

Mix together eggs, sugar, butter and lemon juice. Microwave until thickened. Check after 2 minutes and stir. It will thicken quickly. Cool. In a bowl, combine fruit. Pour dressing over fruit and mix well. Refrigerate and serve.
