3-4 lb. beef roast 3/4 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. rosemary 1 cube beef bouillon 1 tsp. garlic salt 3-4 whole peppercorns water French bread
Cut fat off roast and place into crock pot. Add spices, bouillon and soy sauce. Cover roast with water. Turn crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours. Stir once or twice. Shred roast and place sandwich - style on bread. Reserve au jus for dipping.
