32 individually wrapped caramel squares
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. flour
1 c. quick oats, uncooked
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1-1/2 c. M&M's plain or peanut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine caramels and milk in heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until caramels are melted and mixture is well blended. Combine flour, oats, nuts, sugar, soda and salt; add margarine, mixing until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 c.; press remaining mixture onto bottom of greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle 1 c. candies over partially baked crust; drizzle melted caramel mixture over candies. Sprinkle over reserved crumb mixture and remaining candies. Continue baking 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly, chill 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
