1-1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sifted flour
1 egg
5 T. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cut shortening into flour. In a small bowl, beat egg, water, salt and vinegar. Add to flour mixture and stir with a fork to combine. Roll out.
