2 lbs/ frozen hash browns
cup onions browned in butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
cup butter
2 cans cream chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put into a 3 quart casserole
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
