1 1/2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
1/8 C. Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
1 Bag of White Corn Chips
1 lb. Medium Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
8 oz. Light Sour Cream
3 Ripe Tomatoes (Diced Small)
1/2 Head Lettuce (Shredded)
16 oz. Jar Pace Picante (Mild or Medium)
Salt and Black Pepper
Optional: Chopped Onions, Refried Beans and
Guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef in skillet and brown, just before beef starts to get brown, add Teriyaki Sauce and simmer approx. 3 to 4 min. or until moisture in
skillet is almost dry. Drain beef. Arrange white
corn chips on dinner plates, add layer of beef on top of the chips, then grated cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, Pace Picante, salt and pepper.
Optional: Onions, refried beans and guacamole.
