Fry 8-10 pieces of chicken, salt Fry 1 large onion and 1 large green pepper only until tender Mix: 1 cup of raw rice 1 cup cream of mushroom soup 1 cup of cream of chicken soup 2 cups of water 1 small can of pimento cut in bits
Add fried onion and pepper place rice mixture in 11x13 pan and place chicken on top Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes
