1/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. margarine
2 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. peppermint extract
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and roll into strips of 1/2-inch diameter. Cut strip into 1/2- to 1-inch pillows. Freezes well.
