2 cups of cooked carrots (fresh, boiled until soft)
1 c. sugar (I use 1/2 c.)
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp salt
dash nutmeg
dash of cinnamon
2 tbsp self-rising flour
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots until soft and drain.
Put all ingredients into blender until liquid, pour into greased 2 qt casserole dish.
Cook at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
