4 1/2 C Zucchini, peeled, seeded and diced
1 C Sugar
1/2 T Cinnamon
1/8 C Flour
2 Pie Crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 crust in the bottom of the pie dish. Mix all filling ingredients and pour into pie dish. Place remaining crust on top of the pie and cut small slits to allow vapors to escape. Bake pie at 375 for 40 minutes.
