3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Blend beaten egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and baking powder. Fold in Ritz crackers and pecans. Pour into a buttered pie pan. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
