3 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Combine oil, eggs, and sugar in large bowl. Mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir together until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in strawberries and chopped pecans. Spoon into 2 greased and floured loaf bans. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove to wire tack and cool completely.
