4 eggs
1 2/3 C milk
1 C flour
1 1/3 Tbsp sugar
2/3 Tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, stir in milk add dry ingredients to egg mixture ,mixing until smooth.
(Batter will be thin) Pour onto moderately hot buttered griddle. Turn when
Underside is light brown. Spread with butter, & top with sugar, jam, syrup or fruit.
Roll up the pancake. Eat & enjoy makes enough for 4 to 5 people.
