Alfredo Sauce Recipe

1 tube hot sausage
╝ tsp.chilli powder
3 cubed chicken breasts
1 onion
1 can of mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
2 Tbsp Minced garlic
╝ C Olive oil
╝ C of balsamic vinegar
I pint of liquid whipped cream
╝ C butter
╝ C sherry cooking wine
1 can of diced tomatoes or ( 2 tomatoes cut & diced)
I add little bit of pesto

In sauce pan put olive oil, vegetables , balsamic vinegar,garlic and mushrooms and
SautÚ onion until soft and golden in color. Then add whipped cream & butter
In a separate pan cook meats, sherry & chili powder until meat is cooked and
Then add everything to sauce pan.
Cook Noodles of your choice for sauce to go on top & top with fresh
Parmesan cheese
